Peace organizations have long been known to promote tolerance and equality.  Those involved with the various peace organizations out there dedicate their lives to working through the difficult world that we live in, trying to make a difference for those who need it most.  Perhaps you have been a victim of violence, intolerance or injustice and are seeking a way to prevent the same from happening to other innocent people.  Maybe you are just strongly devoted to the cause of peace and are looking for the organization that will allow you to give to others.  Either way, you will find a few popular peace organizations below for you to explore.

 

INTERNATIONAL PEACE BUREAU (IPB)
The IPB is an international peace network with over 185 member organizations in over 50 countries.  The international peace bureau provides information, meeting organization, consultation to the United Nations, and sponsors other peaceful events and conferences.
